On the quicktime movie trailers main page they now have HD videos of most, if not all, new films (that's 720P and 1080P). Check it out. I especially like the King Kong trailer. The site is apple.com/trailers
 
I like the Quicktime movie trailer page however I can't stand Quicktime itself as it is not very effecient. I can play 1080p HD WMV videos without any problems on my laptop but when I play 1080p in Quicktime, it is choppy as heck.

Them's aint direct links but links to the referrer files. View the mini MOV contents to see the direct link, in this case an "h" precedes the resolution in the file name comme ca:

http://movies.apple.com/movies/universal/jarhead/jarhead-tlr_h1080p.mov

Oh dear, it has the same "16-bit colour" defect as King Kong -most notably during night oil fires, sandstorm, explosion flashes and soldier interviews. Apple should be ashamed. :disgust:

 
Has somebody the link for Lady Gaga's "Beautiful Dirty Rich" video ? I remember its definition was 720p
