Download: Battery Bar 1.10.1 for your laptop's battery

i was tired of Window's erratic battery readings, so I downloaded this: Battery Bar 1.10.1

it's small and unobtrusive. while your laptop is plugged in, it counts down to when your battery will be fully charged, which i thought was kinda cool. supposedly it uses an advanced algorithm to determine battery life and the more you use it, the more accurate it gets.

Yep. I do like the estimated recharge timer. Definitely has to be used a few a times to get a truly accurate countdown. Used it when I was charging my battery today and at about 87% on the time estimate fluxuated quite a bit. I'm sure after a few uses it would get very accurate.

I tried the battery bar and for the IBM user, it better use the IBM one.

that's just my opinion

I haven't tried the speedswitch though
