Started June 2010 at 345 - just weighed in at 200lbs.

30 more lbs to go 🙂


I credit the podcast fat2fit radio. I've just did everything they've ever said. No gimmicks, no special diets, just eating like the thinner me I wanted to be 🙂 All I've ever did was determine the BMR of a person 30lbs lighter than me and ate at that BMR + activity level. Every 30lbs I reevaluated. I've never ate below 2400 calories on a day - mostly 2800 or so.

Becoming a full time bike commuter and bike nut helped, too.
 
You really want to weigh only 170lbs? I guess I don't know your height or build, but that seems like a pretty small weight.

Good work, nonetheless. If 170 is your goal, I hope you reach it. :thumbsup:
