i just checked my 401k balance, and it's up more than 20% for the year so far! woo hoo~ i think i posted just a few weeks ago that my balance was up by more than 10%, and it has gone up quite a bit since. i'm glad i've been maxing out my 401k.

how much of your money do you have tied up in your company's stock? If they are not restricted shares, you should probably try to sell out of them to be safe.
