Finally I came to a conclusion but I need a small hand.

I come from 1920x 1080 60hz. How many frames do I go on resolution 3840x1080 and 2560x1080? Can anyone help me?
I have 2600x 16gb ddr4 gigabyte 2070oc gaming
game now only at assetto corsa, dayz ,pugb

I think you would really regret buying an Ultrawide 1080p display. It's just really claustrophobic to me vertically. Try to find a 3440x1440 display with good refresh. Nvidia now supports Freesync as well as Gsync, and both make a massive difference in smooth gameplay vs standard displays where anything but a locked 60 is some level of pain.
