Double-speed wireless G, anyone use it?

Just curious how it compares with N, as far as actual effective transfer rates go. Did "125HSM" require 40MHz channels, or did it just increase the wireless data rate?

Is wireless N basically two double-speed G tied together with MIMO? Or something else entirely?

The speed boost stuff was just MIMO. You didn't get a 2x increase but it was faster than normal G. The throughput does not compare to 802.11n at all.
