I need to mount my front license plate on my bumper but i would hate to drill holes into it. Im thinking i can just use some double sided tape to and slap it onto my bumper.... will it hold?

on my bumper you can actually see the square area where you can mount the plate it's actually flat

i don't know, they say that 3m tape is pretty good. I am thinking aobut ordering one of those sun roof guards for my car, and it comes with 2 sided tape. they say it'll hold indeffinitly.

Some tape is extraordinarily strong. I would be more worried about having to take the plate off a few years down the road without ruining the paint on the bumper.

Wash the area as well as possible. Get all the wax and dirt off the paint and apply the tape when it's completely dry.

don't put a front plate. It's gonna look ugly and interfere with airflow to the intercooler. Also, I think in CA, if you don't have front plate, they can't give you red light camera ticket. Why would you want to do such a silly thing?
I got ticketed for missing front plate, so I went to DMV, got new plates, had the guy sign off the fixit ticket right there, and never actually put the plate on ;)
