Double-side print a large document but force single-side on a specific page

I have a large document (>150 pages) that needs to print double-sided. However, the document is divided into sections and I want each section's first page to be on its own sheet of paper. How can I tell Word or Acrobat to force this?

thanks.

Could you add a blank page after each sections first page? Then just print it double-sided normally.

I could do that. But, if I go back and put in new stuff into the document, I would have to see if each section's first page is on its own sheet again. What I'm looking for is a way to force the sections' first page onto its own sheet automatically even after I add to the document.

See what I mean?

You are using Word Section breaks right? Put a blank page after each sections first page then:

File>Page Setup
Layout tab
Section Start > Odd Page
Apply to > Whole Document
click OK

This should put the start of each section on an odd number page which will be the front side of each sheet. So you should get each section title on its own page. Seems to stick for me in Word 2000 (in other words the new section is always on an odd page even when I add pages before a section).
