Double breasted tuxedo bad idea?

Hello, I'm going to prom in about a week and well I picked out a tuxedo which was 160 and a no name brand. However, I found a ralph lauren polo jacket with no defects whatsoever of high quality. It retailed for 450 but I got it for 72. Are double breasted jackets really that unpopular? I figured since I'll only wear it probably no more than 5 times in my life it won't matter too much if I'm out of style.

Its fine, no one will really care its just prom. Good deal btw.
