Yes, but it wont run Glide with the native drivers. Look for 3rd party ones if you want to game.

Yup, but it requires a couple different driver sets. I use the x3dfx WinXP drivers along with the "safe" GlideXP drivers. All games have worked fine with this combo such as : NFS PU, Q3, HL, RTCW, Operation Flashpoint, Max Payne, UT, and many others. Check out the messageboard here for help.

Here are a couple of links for 3rd party drivers and hacks of voodoo drivers that work. 3dfx underground and ntcompatible I am using Hujer Hoe's hack off of the NT compatible site and it works great. My card functions perfectly!
