DOS program

I have an .exe file that when I try to run it I get the message "Program too big to fit in memory".What does this mean and what do I need to run this program?

There really isn't alot of information here. What program, what operating system, what are the specs on the machine?

Here's my system the program was d/l from Kazaa and the OS is XP Pro.When I right click on it it comes up as a normal DOS program in the properties.Any more than that I really don't much.
