I have a win2k box with a corrupted drive partition....I cant seem to do a fresh overwrite of the system because it doesnt copy the files, and I have a lot of of unbackedup important data (Yeah , IKNOW, DUMBBB!!!) but I wanted to map a drive from DOS to one of the other boxes on my network.

How can i do this?
help appreciated!!

Probably the easier way might be to move the drive to a working machine and just copy the files

Most people don't have good backups...don't worry about that part. What do you mean, corrupted partition? Have you tried the Recovery Console? Barring that, have you tried a Fresh install into a different folder? Please elaborate on the problem you're having copying files, too.
