Dos mode in ME

is there anyway to boot into dos with windowsME, or did M$ do something stupid and get rid of it. I mean sometimes you just need to go into DOS to fix something, or do other assorted things you can't do under windows.

I think there is a registry hack to enable it. (could be wrong though).

There is no way MS could 'take out' DOS. Its exactly the same as Win 3.1. It runs on top of DOS, it just hides it quite well in ME.

Real dos mode is eliminated in windows ME, now its emulated. Without the hack, the best way in ME is to make a boot disk and use dos from there, such as when you are updating the bios.
