DOS CPU testing util

I have some old p1xxx's. I want to see how high they can go. Any dos util I can fit on a bootdisk to test the cpu stability, something similar to prime95?

Hard to install windows in a 64 meg compact flash card. I might just have to install linux and see how it goes.
