highlight the top of your winamp - pressing CTRL-L brings open the "open location" box.

Then put in my IP and port - 24.1.246.37:8000

I'm in NJ, the lag is on and off. My friend using the same ISP is getting the ocassional bad lag as well. Right now my bandwidth should be around 150KB/s for download for this time of night (it goes up to 300 in the morning).
