800x600 Medium with a bit of AA and you'll be fine.

I have:

AMD 1900+
512MB PC2100
GeForce 4 Ti 4400

Everything at stock, and I play at 800x600, medium detail, 2xAA, 0xAF. It runs plenty smooth, even through battles. To be fair though, I have optimized my system VERY well (I have 12 active processes on boot, that's it), keep it clean and in order, and have used tweakguide.com's Doom 3 tweak guide to adjust it perfectly for my system.

If you have everything in order though, you should be able to run it with plenty of detail.

In advance PLEASE STOP POSTING, "WILL MY SYTEM RUN DIII?"
THe people who regularly post in the video forums cannot keep answering relatively the same questions over and over. You could either do a search in the video forums or you could look at the many DIII performance analysis ratings out there. AT and |H| have some good ones. Also in the forums Keys has put together a really nice one.

To answer your question, your Video card is going to be your bottleneck as it only has 64mb of texture memory (ie Video Memory). Therefore you need to allocate a loarge amount (ie 256mb) for AGP aperture to get it to run decently because of the frequent texture memory overflow. So your main bottleneck is your Graphics card however the PRescott CPU is only good if you are doing 2 things. Encoding/Decoding (with SSE3 optimizations), or OCing with exotic cooling (ie Phase Change, Dry Ice, Liquid Nitrogen) as you can get clockspeeds in excess of 4ghz. SO basically your CPU is your second bottleneck.

However i am curious as to how a 64mb 9500Pro is getting that many 3dmarks.
