Just to think...at one time you needed a brand new computer to run these games...now can all be done in Flash...

Is it bad that I still remember exactly what those two, plus IDSPISPOD do 😱?

That reminded me of another Doom-era cheat code I have memorized: JAM. I had to go hunting around GameFAQs to figure out which game it was for - thought it was Wolfenstein 3D at first, but it turned out to be Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold.
 
Awesome! It's been about 10 years since I played Hexen-II..brings back some good memories.
I am ashamed to admit that I only played the shareware versions of Heretic and Doom.

Fortunately I can't get to that site from work😛.

I fondly remember Doom & Heretic on my Compaq Presario w/WIN 95.

lol. You need to come work for my company. All of the guys I work with were pretty excited about it and we basically stopped working for an afternoon to play. That includes my boss. 🙂
