Doom 3 Server -- HELP--How does this work ?

Ok, here is my problem. I am paying for a server from Art Of War Central for Doom 3 MP. Today I uploaded the EMZ mod through my FTP. I also have EMZ installed in my Doom 3 files on my hard drive. Now, when I go into the game, I can host a EMZ server. But this isnt what i'm wanting to do. I want to join the server I am paying for through Art Of War, and play EMZ on that server.

But if I go into Doom 3, and load the EMZ mod, and I join my server through Art Of War, the regular Doom 3 mod loads. Is there a way to load EMZ on my server while in the game ? Or basically, HOW DO I PLAY EMZ ON MY SERVER THAT IS PURCHASED THROUGH ART OF WAR CENTRAL? Please help me with this, I have been at this for over 10 hours now.
