I thought I was going to have to get one too... that CD/DVD emulation check is fvcking ridiculous. I uninstalled DAEMON Tools, Nero, and Clone-CD to get it working (in that order). After taking Clone CD off it worked, hopefully I can put Nero back on.

I just use alcohol 120 to clone all the play cds on my D: drive. The beauty of 2 125 gig partitions. All I have to do is load the image into the virtual drive and I'm off. No crack needed

If a person legitimately bought the game there is nothing really wrong with the site. I use the site for a lot of no CD cracks, but I buy my games.

Clone CD is the main program Doom 3 checks for. I think there might be another one.

I always thought Microsoft would be the first to restrict OTHER programs on peoples computers.

I have Nero5.5, and Doom3 runs fine with it installed.
