Doom 3 $29.99 @ Best Buy

Was in Best Buy tonight returning something and saw that Doom 3 was $29.99, regularly $49.99 so I picked it up, hadn't bought it yet. Not sure how great of a deal this is, but figured I probably won't find it much cheaper elsewhere.

That said, he's still entitled to his opinion, so whatever. IMO definitely not worth $75 (nor is any game to me) but $30 isn't real bad if you didn't pick one up on BF for $20. It's not a great game, but the graphics are outstanding and it's fairly fun.

I agree. And that isn't because I've bought HL2 twice, it is because Doom3 as an engine is very nice but as a game is crap.

I'm not, the game was OK but there is no replay value at all. I dumped my copy soon after I beat it.
With that being said its worth $30 bucks to play it.

Doom III is good if you're not an ADD online game wh0re who can't sit by himself and play a computer game for more than 5 minutes.
