I know there are a ton of them out there, probably, but this one just caught my eye. I like the fact that is has the original music! 😀

Kind of neat someone is doing this, but ultimately a waste of time. Doom was revolutionary back then, so it was fun. I can't imagine it being any fun to play now, because it's the same as Doom 3, run and shoot anything that moves.

I think it looks like alot of fun, and I disagree with the thought of being a waste of time. 'll be playing this when it comes out for sure. 🙂

Doom was fast...D3 isn't. Slow and dark.

Is it just me or does it look like they are trying to make it too dark? Only specific levels in Doom 1 were dark / specific areas.

The problem is that in Doom1, you had a hallway with maybe 2 lights in it, but the entire hallway was lighted. You try making that exact same hallway in Doom3 and you set your 2 lights as light sources, then the hallway is automatically going to be darker if 2 lights is not sufficient lighting.

Is this the whole doom 1 game? Or is it still just the first map.

Its pretty cool i played cdoom awile ago.

They are taking it one map at a time. Looks like they have 3 maps going right now.

I don't think it looks too dark. Its a nice bit brighter than D3!
