A neighbor and I split the cost of memberships in Sam's Club and Costco.

It's like pulling teeth to get the money off him every year.

Doesn't happen to me because I simply don't rely on other people. If my tenants don't pay me rent, so be it. I'll get by without their stinking $500 and pay the utilities anyhow.
