By the way, this is one awesome product! :thumbsup: I had been using Diskeeper for years until I stumbled upon this gem. Now I have a product that will defrag my > 1.2 TB RAID 5 array.

Thanks for everyone taking the air out of my sails...

This is the first company I have ever had send me a "form" mail and asking how things are going.

Whether or not it IS a form mail or not is irrelevant to me...at least they show they care.
 
It might have been a form letter, but chances are they will actually care when you email them a suggestion or whatever - unlike bigger companies.

True, we do take customer suggestions seriously, even though it doesn't always make sense to use them.

Also..yes those seeem real people since the peeps are pretty active on various forums...and i remember once i wrote them with a pretty technical question and got a prompt reply, a reply which showed that the people know what they're doing and have an interest in communication with their customers.

Yep, not that I mind it. Got a similar email from a gal at Diskeeper. I responded and she answered back. What a pleasant surprise.
