I love how this hosting customer needs to reassure me that he is capable of setting up a POP e-mail account

"I personally setup the email for all of us (23 years experience, Microsoft MCSE, Novel CNE, Lotus Notes, Lotus 123, MS Exchange, Network Certified to include routers & firewalls). I'd like to think that I know what I'm doing"

Oh, and he also believes that our e-mail server rejects PDF e-mail attachments ONLY if the documents were scanned with a HP scanner. If the document was scanned with any other scanner our mail server will deliver the attachment

They usually end with me saying "Correct, you need to purchase another scanner"
