If I get up before 7am, i'm trashed until at least 1:00pm. Doesn't matter how much sleep I get that night, if I have to drag my ass up before 7am I am totally unproductive for at least 6 hours.
What might be worse is going to sleep at noon during a hot August day when it is 85 degrees out side and 80 in the house and the neighbor is mowing the lawn and the neighborhood kids are all yelling and sreaming outside,and there you are in your boxers and your sweating like a pig. Try that for 6+ years. Oh yeah, and then try to switch back to sleeping at night on Fri and Sat night.
It's 5:54 am and dawns early light is just beginning to show. I'm up because I want to be up. Just got to study and install a new 72X Zen drive. It's having to get up and do something you don't want to that's the pain.
