It's about saving other people's time and effort whenever you can. If you are looking for something that I have a link to, wouldn't I just give you the link and save you all the searching time?..

i don't know, i'd rather open a door on my own, it just seems strange to open a door for someone, or have a door opened for myself (by someone else). i don't know, might just be me. the other things on the lost are good though. I don't even use public restrooms unless i am going to die.

It's not so much teh kids that bug me - especially younger ones - because they may not know any better. It's the parents who can't or won't keep the little anklebiters under control. Not that I advocate ruling with an iron fist, of course, but you also shouldn't give your kid free reign of whatever building you happen to be in or generally let your kids walk all over you. This is the one that really gets me. It seems that the kids are in control, and that the parents are there only to serve them. Umm...how about...NO! The parents should be the ones in control of the situation. This, I think, is where a lot of the problems you talked about (kids-in-the-movies wise) stem from.

school have this and it kills me when people do it; The door opens much slower anyways.
