The U.S. State Dept's raising of the security level and the release of the tape were very much related. Osama is not coming back any time soon unless you believe he is some kind of god or saint. He's been dead for quite some time. Any new releases will never be "proven" as either authentic or inauthentic. It is simply a ploy to win popular support for action. You can make your own judgement who is provoking action from whom.

Osama did not survive the nightmarish bombings in Afghanistan. His pack moving out of Afghanistan towards northern Pakistan was hit by so many different strikes, using so many types of ordnance, it doesn't matter if he was hiding behind trees or under rocks. There were very few human remains left after the bombing. If he survived it was not moving out through Pakistan as its claimed. He could not have escape with a pack of bodyguards as claimed becuase his circle of personal bodyguards is as tight as that of Saddam. DNA did link bodyguards to the site of the bombings.

Its very plausible that terrorism will strike by Friday. We, as Americans, are caught between two dangerous forces. On one side is four corners of the world that hate us due to our meddling this past fifty years. On the other side is a federal government led by cabinet of wicked men that have resorted to plotting its own attacks upon the American people in order to sway popular support. Its not pretty.

BTW, I didn't know we found his remains. When did this happen? He may indeed be dead, but there is more evidence for the Easter Bunny.

I think it would a VERY good idea to not release actual information on Osama being dead. Just like the allied forces exiled Napoleon instead of executing him to keep him from being a martyr. The US could be releasing false tapes just to warrant off any suspicion.

Your argument is basically that he is dead because you're not sure where he is. Sorry dude, there is absolutely no proof that he is dead - none. If there was any proof, your government would have presented it - and they haven't said boo...

Our intelligence agency here in Canada (CSIS) designated the last Bin Laden tape as authentic. In that tape he threatens Canada for our support of the U.S. on the terrorism issue. To bad the U.S. has given up on the terrorism issue and moved on to Saddam. Guess oil is thicker than blood...

Yea if we flash on the media headlines "US KILLS OSAMA AFTER VOWED REVENGE..." you don't think that will arise some "nationalism" towards terrorists loyal to him?

Of course he would.

He was either killed at Tora Bora or when that SUV with armed body guards was detected in the montains(and bombed) with a man over 6ft tall. A recon team was sent in there and most of the remains were cleaned up before they got there.. They did get dna samples from that one.
They also are reported to have dna samples from OBL relatives in Saudi. I assume he is room temperature.
