My diesels have button fly and yea, they're definitely a pain at first, but I've never given anyone that impression...in the john or anywhere else.


You're definitely doing it wrong.

I like 501's. Though, my last pair died quite a while ago, and I haven't replaced them.

Yeah, ask a navy guy sometime how much fun it is to go out drinking while he's wearing his blues.

13 buttons on the fly flap of those damn pants, and 12 of the damn things have to be unbuttoned in order to whip it out to piss!! :eek:

Needless to say, you make certain you go before it's a "gotta go NOW" type of situation. Some guys I knew had them tailored to have velcro put on, and the buttons permanently sewn onto the flap (to keep up the appearance).

is ti so hard? Just pull and they open up and to close just button them. Ive done it completely rocked without issue.
