So you're going to tell me that someone is filming two guys "randomly" talking about sh*t and then all of a sudden a couple walks by and the guy just so happens to accidentally hit her and the boyfriend flips out. Yeahhhh....

The guys who said the "boxer" dude is overreacting are pussies. If i was right next to my gf when she gets smacked on her face like that I would do just as much as what the guy did at the least.
He didnt even continue to hit them, if he was just looking for a fight he would have stayed there until there was plenty of blood on the ground.

Read the comments you idiots. As someone pointed out at my work. Those two guys are gypsies and do this on purpose to steal people's wallets.

You pvssy. You're telling us that if some guy backarmed your GF in the face (or body as someone else suggested...though it looked like her face to me) while walking down a sidewalk, you'd just tell her to suck it up...it's all a misunderstanding?
The guy purposely looked over his shoulder and smacked her in the face. I'da wailed on them too, and kick out their teeth when they were down.

the boxer didn't even see how the guy hit his gf or had anytime to analyze or assess the situation. he reacted with violence before he or his gf knew what was happening. it's different now that we have a birdseye view and are rewatching and analyzing the video. the first thing that would enter my mind is that this was an accident and i would get in their faces and ask wtf happened. if there's an apology and it looks like it was unintentional, then we continue on. otherwise he'd get a fist to the face.

Thats complete BS! Look at the video again... at :39 you can clearly see the boxer looking directly at and straight into the guys face right before the assailant swings and smacks the girl.
I lived in rough parts of town. I would always prepare myself mentally for defense when walking by ppl I didn't recognize or looked shady. If I was in the boxers shoes, I would have been prepared and reacted quickly cuz in mind I would've assumed prior to walking past them that I might get robbed by these strangers I've never seen before. The second my GF got smacked liked that I would have pounced first rather than wait and allowed the assailants to make another attack. The boxer didn't know if the guys were trying to rob them or what and reacted quickly.
Good job for the boxer guy, he did the right thing. You don't ask for an apology when it was an obvious smack to the GF done intentionally.... only a lil bitch would ask for one. Apologies are only appropriate when it's an ACCIDENT... this was no accident.

ok if the gypsie thing is true that explains alot of the doubts here:
1) the person filming also recognized them as gypsie theives and wanted to catch them in the act hence explaining the reason why 2 seemingly random guys were being filmed
2) yellow stripes knew the area and new what to look for with gypsies and had already considered there activity and location shady and was prepared
3) yellow stripes didn't stick around to see if there were more than 2 of them, he diffused the situation and left like he should have
4) the gypsies didnt fight back because they are not used to "marks" being anything but frightened or caught of guard. likely they've never had to fight before and knew they were out matched.

seriously, that asshole needs to go to jail. It was obviously just an accidnet and he completely overreacts. You can really tell that hes just trying to pick a fight and not defend anyone because after he hits the first guy the second guy is trying to seperate them and then the asshole goes after that guy too.
Also, once he has them both down he continues to attack instead of just backing off like he could have and leaving.
Bad job for boxer boy, bad job, REALLY REALLY bad job.Originally posted by: frankgomez75

Gypsies NEVER fight back. It has nothing to do with their being "frightened" or "outmatched", it has to do with their long term survival.Originally posted by: IcebergSlim

If you have ANY reason to suspect two unknown dudes you are approaching on the sidewalk of seriously bad intentions, then you shield your girlfriend by putting her on the side of you AWAY from the perps long before you are close to them.
In a TRULY bad neighborhood, taking on TWO unknown guys who provoke a confrontation with your fists will most likely get you stabbed in the back, or shot.
Just as with defensive driving, a truly vigilant boyfriend and his babe would have been on the other side of the street one full block BEFORE passing those two mopes.
And, sorry, but I've probably had more personal contact with actual gypsies than most of you: From this distance and angle, those two homies don't look like gypsies to me (could be entirely wrong about that, though).
It's also somewhat suspicious to me that there was no loud cry of fright from the girlfriend at ANY point this, and also no loud words or shouts from ANY of the combatants at ANY point during what would be an adreneling pumping, highly physical confrontation. Hell, many tennis players can't even offer a hard serve without grunting so loudly you can hear them even with your tube on mute.
Even so, the incident looks more real than staged.
Finally, I have to LOL at all you manly "You're all pussies, I'd beat 'em down with my uber mad skillz" guys posting here. Please remain behind the safety of your keyboards for your own good.![]()

Why is everybody calling this dude a "Boxer"? Flailer would be more accurate, I admire his courage but his boxing skills suck. In his flurry of punches he doesn't land a single solid blow.Had this guy been a real trained boxer he would have taken about 4 punches and both the perps would have been on the ground unconcious. One solid punch with a bare fist = KO

In the heat of the moment, he showed damn good form, and landed a far higher percentage of his punches than usually happens in a spontaneous street dust-up. Most street fights sans other weapons that I've seen feature FAR more off the mark flailing and usually end up in a lot of clutching and grunting and falling together to the ground.
You, sir, have simply seen too many Hollywood movies.
