Careful who's junk you touch. Also, don't take drugs.

PHOENIX -A 25-year-old Chandler man arrested after police say he burned his son's hand for touching his Bible has pleaded guilty to child abuse.

Maricopa County prosecutors say Johnny Salazar entered the plea yesterday and was scheduled for sentencing on Oct. 11.

At the time of his arrest, Salazar's mother told a Phoenix TV station that[ her son was taking a designer drug and was hallucinating.

Police say Salazar told his parents he burned his 5-year-old son with a lighter, thinking the boy was possessed.

Yes, it's the 21st century.

At least for some of us it is. Some people never really made it past the 16th though.

(Though depending on your culture, hallucinogenic drugs were the best route to take if you wanted to talk directly to your deity.😀)

You have to make it yourself. The price is your soul.

Google says I just have to mix up a water/wood glue solution, paint the Bibles page edges with it so it soaks into the paper, set a heavy object on top of it, let it dry, then cut out the middle with a precision cutting instrument after it dries. I just didn't want to go through all that trouble. 😛
