As far as western countries the USA has the most barbaric penal system. We're no shining example of justice at all.

Wrongfully accused and sentenced more likely in countries with so-called "fair trial" - with 12 jurors and lawyers than can do to these jurors anything they want to...

I lived for 30 years in former USSR and haven't heard about wrongfully sentenced person(I'm not talking about years before 1960)...
To sentence a criminal, there should be a people, who do know about justice - 3 judge panel, not 12 boneheads sitting on jurors bench...

Jurors - problem of wrongfully sentenced people...or if criminals let go free.

You realize that jurors determine guilt and judges impose sentences right?
