If any of you read Maxim, FHM, Stuff, etc., I'm sure you've seen print ads for PalmerCash, a print-tee vendor similar to Threadless, Snorg, CottonFactory, etc...
I ordered from PalmerCash back on 08/18. I received an order confirmation, but, that's all I received. I let a week go by. Nothing. No change in order status. So I decide to send a friendly email (only way I could find to communicate to them) asking the status of my order. No reply. I let another week go by, sent another email, nothing.
During this time my credit card hadn't been charged so it wasn't really THAT big of deal. I figured they were busy, a T-Shirt was backordered, or something along those lines.
On 09/04, my Credit Card was charged for my order. Great! I figured my order was shipped or will be shipping. However, no change to my order status. I waited until the end of the week, sent them one final email demanding for them to contact me with my status or I will be issuing a chargeback.
Sure enough, a chargeback was what I ended up having to do. I waited nearly a month after my order with no communication from PalmerCash. They tried to take my $$$, so now I'm going to try to let as many people know that they're trying to rip people off.
A simple google search reveals I'm not the only one. Too bad I didn't bother searching before I placed the order. That was my bad.
