What a pathetic ending to that movie.

I swear that there has to be no better way to illustrate a lazy mind than finishing a story with multiple personalities/dreams/mental disorders, etc.

I give the first bulk of the movie a good rating. I give the end a zero out of 5 stars. In the movie they say that "the ending is the most important part". Well this one sucked. Fvck this movie. 0/5 stars overall.

Unfortunately blockbuster has no guarantee that you'll like the movie, as some places have. I've lost that 2 hours and that $4. I can never get it back, but perhaps i can save somebody else the hassel and time.

While I wasn't impressed with the movie, I thought Johnny Depp did a pretty good job. He excels at "strange" roles and this was yet another example of a role that only he could pull off. And yeah, I agree about the ending. It seems like there aren't any "original" endings anymore. Everything borrows from some other movie. It's to the point now that you watch a movie and say "Oh, they used THAT ending again."

It was ok, wouldn't buy it, but Rental or Movie Channel is worth it IMO. I didn't see it coming, but it wasn't as well done as some other movies with twists. Far better than Fight Club, but Fight Club sucks.

he is an amazing actor.
if you are at all interested in him and/or terry gilliam, i suggest at least seeing "Lost In La Mancha" its a documentary of terry gilliam attempting to make a film version (well, gilliam-style) of don quixote. interesting and actually very sad movie. johnny depp isnt in it for too much but the scenes he is are fascinating to see him move in and out of character.

I saw the end coming too. I just finished watching Spiderman I which had the Goblin w/ the same issue. Then you have Identity w/ Johnny Cusack that had the same thing. I was disppointed in Secret Window too.

if you've read the book, you probably figured it out halfway through. the VERY ending (the part about the old guy looking through the rear view) was interesting, but overall, i wasn't too impressed.
