DONT PUMP GAS ON MARCH 31st

Must be a gas station that starts this. It would be the best for them if they only have to be open or fully staffed a few days each week.
If you want to make a difference don't drive on the 31st.

Then the prices go up on April 1st.

yes i think we should pump gas as soon as possible its only going up.. I personally have 200 gallons in a tank from when it was around 3 (think its like 388 now) bucks, not big deal to me tho what ever it cost i will pay. 5$ sure no problem.

I find this is a good way to know which "friends" need deleting. Sometimes it's hard to tell.

I also delete people whose updates are always song lyrics (usually after 3 posts in a row they're gone). Also anybody who posts how "accurate" their horoscope has been lately.

I have a bunch of rules too and as a result, I probably have half my friends list "hidden." Since they're typically members of my wife's family, I can't outright delete them, so I just hide them.

Sure thing cause my tank's full... And unlike electricity, I can do it the day before and not do it that day.

Genius organized this one.

I am just saying what Obama told all of us.
Nothing more, nothing less.

OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA

god the way you hang onto his every word it almost seems like you have more carnal desires you're rejecting out of hand

open up my friend, nothing wrong with loving our president.

My nephew sent me an invite to join the group "don't buy gas on April 15th." I declined.

Fucking stupid.

It used the example that "people did this in 1997 and prices fell ____." That's ignorant of the fact that China will buy any gas produced that Americans do not buy. This was not the case in 1997.

Yeah, it's just that way with fads. Kind of sad but people will argue until they're blue in the face about how great a 1-day boycott of gas is. Or even better, boycotting Exxon (or whatever specific company is the in thing to boycott for that day) for 1 day. That'll really stick it to the oil companies all right. But they won't cut their driving or use or anything like that.

It's kind of pointless to argue with them.

This has been attempted with email chain letters many times in the past. Snopes and others have thoroughly debunked any possibility that it would do anything they claim.

Let's say I don't drive on March 15. Can you guess which other days I WILL drive? March 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,.... 31, April 1, 2, 3... etc. Ok so I missed 1 day of driving out of 365. This lowers the demand from 1 country by approximately 0.27% and that's if every single person in the country did it.

Ok now assume that America is the only country in the entire world (some people in the south might actually believe this is true). USA is the only country that uses the fuel and the entire country decides to stop using fuel for 1 day, which lowered overall fuel consumption by 0.27%. How much does the price drop? I don't know. Probably 0, but on the more optimistic side it might drop by 0.27%. If your gas is $4/gallon, 0.27% would mean gas is now $3.99 per gallon. God that sounds like a bargain.

Why are you attacking the South? He's on your side.
