I hope absolutely nothing happens to either of them. The bus driver took the verbal abuse and responded appropriately when the dumbass freeloader took a swing at her. The passenger took a swing, got her ass handed to her. Then the passenger got escorted off the bus so everyone could get back to riding the bus.

Hopefully no charges for either.
