So I went to Fry's the other day and I saw this old man in his 70's at least. He was looking at case fans and had a confused look on his face. So I asked him if he needed help with something because obviously those damn Fry's employees were just standing there and not helping. I was expecting him to say something like "I don't know which of these I need", but instead he said "I'm building a HTPC (he said the acronym) and I'm looking for a 92MM case fan with the lowest dB because the PC will be close to where I'm sitting." At that point I am in awe because my father has trouble checking his email and this guy is the coolest grandpa I ever seen. I told him "these SilenX fans are pretty damn quiet" and he says "yeah I've read reviews about it online, but it's expensive here and cheaper online" At that point, I realized there's nothing I can help him with because this guy is a computer geek but just the oldest one I ever seen. We had a nice conversation about computer stuff. I'll never make generalizations about old people again. 🙁
