Due to total mass, yes. If steroids, then definitely yes because it can cause issues with the heart.

total mass can but i am sure there are a lot of factors involved on whether your heart can handle supporting a larger mass

elephants seem to have no trouble as far as i know

this was already talked about before at one point

male gorillas have heart problems but i am not sure if male orangutangs also have any heart problems

and ronnie coleman has definatly used steroids and likely still does use them

Ronnie Coleman ' s risk is from his diet. He eats very few veggies and s lot of burgers and fries. If I recall he is on heart medication already.

I wonder how small his roid nuts are? That's a pretty immediate issue if you ask me.

In Ronnie's case, it's not a debate.

No kidding...

Probably 75% of the time you could tell who's juicing just by looking at them. The times you got it wrong would not be some obscenely huge freak of nature. It would be some baseball player guy who doesn't eat a ton to maximize the growth from using.
