Bite what?

Use logic, your body is covered up, which likely means the majority of it which includes torso, possibly arms and legs, to the left over parts are likely your feet and your head. I doubt the cats can fit their mouthes around his head and I'm pretty sure it's not his arms/fingers so it's likely his feet..

Sometimes when I do have socks on, they tend to either both come off during the course of the night, or just one, or just partially off.....

Oh cmon, stop with the geek nitemare comments. We are ALL geeks, sheesh. OP's sock theory is questionable no doubt. Some people get stressed out and panic a lot easier than others. Any type stressful nitemare isn't wussy, esp when you have them every other nite and makes you day-life a living hell.

WTF? I cover up my feet just because I feel more comfortable sleeping that way, kind of more secure feeling.

Thankyou, yes I've been having them frequently enough that I become exhausted the next day and its difficult to break the cycle..

It's not about some bent processor pins. Just the fact that he tried fixing sometin and kept failing. It probably translates to somethin in real life.

Who said this is the only nightmare I've had? It's just the nightmare I had tonight, also there was a bit more to the dream than that, it's just that it's morphed into a weird mess in my mind, therefore I'd be difficult to pull apart. Can you remember the last time you woke up crying or scared shitless? I do, and it sure as hell wasn't tonight, it was still pretty bad though..

Is it possible that in your squirming during said nightmare you poked your feet out from under the covers?

I bet you would if you had an FX60 processor for example, while I don't, I bet you would if you did...

I had a nightmare once where I was in one of those like arabian market places and I was trying to get away from something. I'd run up to a house, knock on it and someone would answer. But within seconds of them answering, their face would begin to melt and they would turn into a monster. Then I'd go to the next house and the same thing would happen. Having my pins bent on a cpu chip wouldn't even classify as a nightmare.

I generally wake up after a nightmare and think how cool it was. My GF wakes up from a nightmare and begins sobbing. I guess she is the one having actual nightmares, whereas I am just having horror movie dreams.

That's the upside to being a geek ... most people have zombie/monster dreams, freak out, and wake up crying ... we just grab a shotgun, a shovel, and go ballistic. :D
