I got pulled over once for doing 4 over. The cop then proceeded to tell me that he had "smelled something" when he pulled me over, and searched my whole car for weed. Well guess what, I've never smoked weed. He let me off with a warning, I'd have been PISSED if I had gotten a ticket. Oklahoma sucks. I think the most diehard speeders were in northern Florida, California (some parts), and a lot of the east/northeast.

In Eastern MA, 95mph is the normal speed of the drivers. They are a insane in that state.

From a page I usually reference for speeding laws (State Traffic and Speed Laws) they say this about Missouri:
Showing their priorities, Missouri law puts the "director of revenue" in charge of the license point system.

In New York you can do up to 30 over and take 5 points for it anything over 40 though you lose your license. However in Massachusets you can apparently get pulled over doing 110 in a 65 and just have to pay a really big fine.

Highways, I just draft trucks. No need to go faster, and it's WAY more fuel efficient to get all the air off your front end at a lower speed than it is to reach "cruising speed" but have to take the full brunt of the atmosphere.
