Does this mean you will stop posting?

WTF are you talking about? You don't know jack sh!t about baseball. Stay the fvck out.
I know plenty about baseball. However, I am not glued to the tv watching my team get their asses kicked by the underdogs while constantly posting threads about them.

You know so much about baseball that you think that Oakland was the underdog in this series?

Yeah, don't give up, it's only been 80+ years since the last time you win the World Series, what's another 80? You're so accustomed to being such complete losers that you would not be able to adapt to winning something. Fear not, no need to venture into the unknown, you're choking again. Life will be back to normal soon as the Sox get early October tee times while the successful teams battle it out.

I never really understood the definition of choking. The red sox aren't playing the freakin Tigers here. They're up against the team that won the AL West, has a big 3 comparable (at times) to Maddux/Glavine/Smoltz, and were playing on the road. Dissapointing to red sox fans, yes, because the red sox certainly had a good chance of winning one or both of the games... choking? No

Like the person rooting for the White Sox, saying they're better than the Red Sox? Seriously, I live 3 blocks from Comiskey, but, come on, they choked hardcore.

they predict the cubs will move on against the Braves, but if the Braves lose, it's an upset, if the Cubs lose, it's expected, yet for some reason everyone's predicting the cubs to move on. I think the same goes with this series. The "underdog" by one standards and who's picked are totally different

Yeah worked really well to take Kim out in the 9th, he'll never confidently close again, wondering if he's going to get taken out or not. Good job there.

Why? I would of taken Kim out too. He was going to blow it either way (putting two men on base), Embree blowing it was a surprise, since it was lefty versus lefty.

Is Burkett going to start game four? I don't think Pedro can pitch in game three after that arm busting performance.

If Red Sox somehow pulls off a miracle and wins all three games... without a doubt they are going to win the World Series.

I wanted the red sox and yankees to win because how great would a 7 game series between new york and boston be in october?! That would be some good baseball, even for me who is a fan of neither of those teams.

Oh well doesn't look good now, I feel bad for the Red Sox too they had such a good year. It's half their own fault though, their closer by committee has been their achilles heel all year long, more blown games than any other bullpen in the league. The other half I attribute to poor fielding plays. I mean come on, who doesn't practice a defensive sqeeze play once in a while.

LOL! I love the part of the sig where you use the word sweep in relation to a series you are losing 2-0. Perhaps you should just hope for the best and shelve the arrogance.

I am positive we aren't going to get swept by this team.

I don't think they will either but if somehow they were to pull off this feat I seriously doubt that their pitchers would be anything more the Hitting Practice in the ALCS.

Hey, don't forget Kim can be a starter/setup men/converter.

I rather have Kim being a starter then a reliever.
