Apparently I don't, or at least that's what the dark circles under my eyes think! WTF... I get 8-9 hours of sleep most nights even if it is a later hours at night.

Anyone know a good, cheap/free, or naturalway to get rid of them?

As you fellow students can relate, normal sleep patterns are not an option.

I got 3 hours sleep last night.

4 hours the night before.

5 hours the night before.

I seem to be going down hill. Happens when you find out you have to read a whole book by the next day, instead of just the intro like you thought ;):)

I heard that if you put a metal spoon in the freezer for at least 15 minutes then take it out and press it against your eyes socket, it will help by constricting the capillaries under your eye. It doesn?t last all day though :(

Maybe you're getting too much sleep. That will cause the dark circles and, if applicable, lathargy that lack of sleep causes.

My body is just too damn sensitive or something.

Very little/No sleep/Less than 8 hours > Cannot speak, cannot think, cannot stay up, should not drive, in a daze, pretty much useless. And look like a bag of $hit.

Too much to drink > Sweat like crazy, majorly feel the effects of dehydration, feel like 2 cents, deep voice, bags under eyes, and shaky.

I NEED to get rid of these bruises under my eyes! PLUS, my eyes have been permantly blood shot for the last three years. When I party, I party way too hard. I do everything to the extreme and my body cannot handle it I guess.

8-9 hours is a little too much sleep actually. Recent studies show that sleeping less can actually be healthier for you.

....studies conducted by the same "experts" who said eggs are good for you, then said they were bad for you 5 years later, no doubt.

Actually those studies were something like "people who get 6-7 hours sleep are healthier than those who get 7-8". As far as I could tell the studies were correlational - not causal. Perhaps inherently health people simply sleep less because they are healthy?

As far as I'm concerned if you wake up and don't feel dealthy and your day is productive and you don't feel dead by mid afternoon you're probably getting enough. For me that's a minimum of 7 hours.

I swear I cannot get more than 5-6 hours a night. Not to mention the fact that I can clearly remember the 5-10 times that I wake up and change positions, fixing my pillow (not my package).

I can't remember EVER sleeping the entire night without waking up at least a half-dozen times.

i believe i read somewhere that using the computer or whatnot in a room without proper lighting can cause the circles under your eyes

I've been tired since I was in 7th grade. I'm not a junior in college.

This girl I know looks like a racoon. It's pretty funny, although I do feel sorry for her. She's pretty w/them anywho, but she'd look better without.
