New to the forum, Had to get the word out about how much Blueheadsets.com SUCK!!!!!!

Dear Sirs:
I have to say that I am very disappointed in the total lack of value that your company appears to place on customer service. I called today, because my order was shipped to the Billing Address rather than the Shipping Address. When I did get my order it included the headset, but no Zipling Dual AC/Vehicle Charger. I spoke to Eric and I am not sure if I was interrupting his lunch or he is just pissed off in general. He answered the phone ?Yeah? no company name. I explained my situation and he proceeded to challenge me about the order and the fact that order was shipped to wrong place and incomplete. All I wanted was to get my complete order. All because of one incompetent CSR, you have a customer who will not do business with you again and will be sure that I communicate my experience to those I know in the mobile computer industry.
I deal with customers every day and if this type of service would be completely unacceptable in our company. Eric indicated your annual revenues are $2M annually. I wouldn?t expect to see much growth with this poor level of customer service.

Did you check resellerratings or bizrate before the purchase? Have you added your review on those sites?

If you paid by CC file a chargeback. That'll get their attention in a hurry.

I had a similar experience with "eliteextreme" phone accessories. I was stupid and ordered with them on 6/13/07 before I read around the net about them. So I tried to contact them by phone and email (emails bounced back, and calls were unanswered/unreturned) for about two weeks, and I finally files a dispute with my bank who attempted to contact them, and when unable to did a charge back. Yesterday, more then two months later, I finally received what I ordered, despite my bank giving me my money back!
