You might think that a company as big as BestBuy might consider hiring a few more people for their customer service phone lines during the holidays......but you'd probably be wrong!!

Had a problem tying in my RZ number with my BB account, figured the easiest way to fix the problem is to call them......and spend FIFTY FIVE MINUTES on indefinite hold (aka IGNORE) before talking with someone! Geez, I'm sure glad I wasn't doing that call on a cell phone!! D:

Oh, and yes, I understand that BB is evil, and we shouldn't give them any business.......but if you do occasionally buy something there, you're a damn fool not to have a RZ account, so at least you can get a $5 certificate every so often. :rolleyes:

I have no idea what RZ is...but I wouldn't dream of getting a quick response on a Sunday, during Christmas season, to a major retailer.

Always call midweek, mid-day
