It's like this he wants to trade his 3.2C with "30 caps" (if you're not sure what that is it's the number of capacitators on the underside of the cpu, 30 cappers generally are better overclockers) for my 2.4C plus cash. Hes got a thread at Hard forums saying he owns a 3.0C with 30 caps, and then another one saying its a 3.2C, I've never heard of a 3.2C with 30 capacitators, do they exist?
 
no idea. it is possible. the 30 caps are just EE's that didn't quite make it. there is 3.2EE and 3.4EE, theoretically there could even be 30 cap 3.4C's out there
 
Yes, I have a 3.2C with 30 caps. Overclocks up to 3.8Ghz on air stable. Probably could do 4Ghz with better cooling.
