it use totake them months to lose down an account, now it doesn't tale that long..........
 
Its obviously too late for you, if your done with ebay, but for those in similar situations just ban the bidder from your auctions.

Well, you screwed up by letting your contact info go out-of-date while still holding auctions, so it's at least half your fault.

As a buyer I'm happy that they're making you give real proof of identity, wouldn't you prefer all sellers to have real, verified info when buying from them?

(Of course when selling, I wish they'd do it to buyers too.)

Although ebay has a privacy policy, I do notice that I receive MUCH MORE spam after I start selling on ebay.

Does ebay really care about the misuse of one's personal info ?

Average ebay user has less IQ/EQ than AT members, who know WTF they are going to do with your info ?

Ebay all they care is about $$$$...

Why don't you just add that user to your ban list, so he can't even bid on your auctions in the first place? Simple few clicks and the problem is solved!
