Anyone here ever done it and got paid for it? For something that you do on a regular basis anyway, why not get paid for it? Seriously.
 
GOod question. Problem is when your sperm impregnantes someone and then you get sued for child support and alimony. It's happened before I'm pretty sure because there aren't real good laws for that...

But heck, depending on what it paid, I'd do it.
 
From what I understand, it pays very VERY well. But in order for you to do so, you have to get screened for all types of diseases, as well as taking IQ and personality tests and those sorts of things. Seems like a lot of work just to become an unknown Daddy.
 
Lengthy screening process. Gotta give up a lotta the guys before you start making the bucks.

To elaborate, its much more invovled than just dropping in and filling a jar. If it were that easy the line would be out the door 🙂. You are gonna be the daddy for some rich ladys kid. You have to be smart, tall, personable etc.
 
Think about this for a moment:

- Any guy can masturbate
- There isn't a limited number of sperm

Given those two things, sperm banks can be as selective as they want to be.

You'd better be something really special if you have aspirations of donating.

Exactly. And it costs a lot of money too. Maybe that's what they're doing in Gattaca...
