I don't know whats going on.
I had been cheering on Donald throughout the primaries and he actually pulled it off.
Then wanted it to be really close with Hillary, not an early Clinton blowout, but really close. And that came true as well. Polls became very close.
Then when all the conventions were over and after that first debate, I was ready for Hillary and the democrats to go in for the kill. To finish Trump off.
And it looks like that has or is about to indeed happened.
But..... now I don't know what I really want.

I'll miss Donald. I really will.
Donald did make things exciting.
Donald got people involved and got people to pay attention.
Trump made our basic typically boring just another BS election cycle, interesting.
And soon, Donald will be gone. All gone. Bye bye Donald.

And we will sadly return back to that old day in day out politics as usual. The old yawn fest.
ISIS, blaw blaw blaw.
National debit, blaw blaw blaw.
Economy, gas prices, food prices, wages, blaw blaw blaw.
Blaw blaw blaw. Blaw blaw blaw. Blaw blaw blaw. And blaw blaw.

And we'll all be bored. Lifeless. Turned off. Disgruntled. Feeling miserable once again.
Because normal just doesn't cut it anymore.
Not since Donald Trump.
Now we expect excitement, crazy, insane, that old WTF in our life.
Yes, just maybe we need Donald Trump.

Maybe this was Donald Trump's time?
The grand powers of the universe that we can't explain knew exactly what they were doing?
Maybe Donald was meant to happen, right now, within our lifetime?
Not so much Trump actually elected as president, but surely, possibly, just maybe Hillary could at least work Trump into her administration, someway somehow?
Maybe as her secretary of state?
Appointing the loser to some high administrative position?
You know, like the stunt Obama pulled.

Or better yet, Donald Trump as the Clinton administration press secretary.
Up there in front of the cameras and the press every day to defend and explain the administration policies, moves, and every decision.
Now THAT would be priceless.

But things just won't be the same without Donald Trump.
Unless.................
Donald were to create his own national television network?
Something along the lines of Fox or, the Turner Cable News Network.
Trump's own TNN.
Something where Donald could comment on a daily basis about world events and on the Clinton administrations actions and reactions to such.

I don't know.....
America is about to elect the first woman president, Hillary Clinton, as president of the United States.
And I have to wonder, are we making a YUGE mistake?
Not politically speaking, but entertainment speaking?
Can we survive without that daily dose of Donald Trump in our life?
Because wth this election cycle and with Donald Trump, we have mixed politics with entertainment.
Turned the political humdrum into something we actually care about and can get involved in.
And I don't know if I want to see all that end.

Or, I suppose there is always the slight possibly that first gentleman Bill could diddle another Whitehouse intern.
While Hillary is out saving the world and defeating ISIS, Bill could be getting his weeny whacked again.
And the intern could then save the dress as future evidence.
That might be a bit entertaining for awhile.
No, nothing like a Donald Trump, but at least something to look forward to.....

He is not going away. I do think a Trump TV is highly likely.

I think that Trump should look at expanding his horizons like becoming the spokesperson for the National Breast Cancer Foundation where he can prove that nobody has more respect for women than he does. Since many of the women will have had mastectomies Donald will not find them attractive at all reducing the likelihood of a groping incident.

Sorry, I can't joke about Breast Cancer and mastectomies. Closest I can get is too bad Trump isn't in a country under Sharia law where his pathetic little undersized stumpy fat fingered hands would have been cut off for groping.

I'll miss him like I would miss having a stroke or having a couple of connecting rods exploding out of the side of my engine block while escaping a hurricane.

Unlike the proverbial one legged man in an ass kicking contest, he made a lot of folks believe that he could win that contest with both his ankles glued to the side of his head.

Watching that happen was enough for me. :)

This has been the most entertaining election cycle that I can remember. Donald's gotcha groping is just over the top compared to Sarah's winking during the VP debate. The media elite have rigged this election and the Don is angry about it. The RNC is to blame for not leaking his exploits earlier to ensure that the never made it past the primaries so they could prop up one of their boys. I have no doubt as to how this all ends but in the meantime I'm still enjoying all of the fallout as the news and talk shows use the fodder to create quality material.

"The media elite have rigged this election" <--- the endless Rightwinger mantra here.

I guess the fact that the Conservatives are FOR YEARS crafting and strategically disseminating disinfo and lies doesn't count?

It pretty much seems to me that the Right is basing their entire philosophy based on lies/propaganda, "birtherism" is just ONE of the endless examples here. It's one endless string of lies coming from this side.

As it looks, they call the "media elite" and mainstream media "biased" and liberal, MERELY because they don't repeat the same SHIT as on "conservative sites" and present it as "news".

Too bad CNN, Foxnews, MSNBC etc. are not as truthful and "informative" as Breitbart and Alex "Make Your Penis Bigger with Infowars Penis Enhancer" Jones. Because this is obviously the benchmark Conservatives use to orient themselves, what they (seriously!) deem as "un-biased" and neutral. Cheezus Christ.

** Also, produce a better candidate next time...yes, there is ANOTHER 4-8 years coming up where they in theory could...and not a fucking moron. Then the "biased" media will in all likelihood also present this new, potential future candidate as such. Trump doesn't leave much options here BUT to present him as exactly what he is by the "biased" media.

One thing I won't miss: the thought of Trump abusing political power for illegal competitive advantages and petty revenge against his enemies. Can you imagine him having access to the NSA? He'd make the Nixon/Hoover abuses of surveillance seem rational by comparison.

Amen, brother... I feel that way most of the time... Though when you think about it, most times have in fact pretty "interesting" - much depends on one's perspective...

Saturday Night Live is going to miss Donald. Their ratings have to have doubled just for people watching the opening of the show.
