Yeah, but, IIRC, it’s been that way for a while. There have been some pretty extreme rulings in the past decade and a half. Our legal aficionados list them if they care to. The US Chamber of Commerce's 50 year project to buy the US government is working pretty well. It’s all just so damn Machiavellian. The wealthy jumped in with that plan 100%.
