Just finished reading this, and the thread is on top.

Inside the "weird" world of DWAC, Trump's already soaring social media SPAC | Salon.com

But despite the former president's involvement, it was the the strange details surrounding DWAC that had many experts scratching their heads.

According to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company was formed just a few weeks after Trump's 2020 loss, with the stock brokerage firm Kingswood Capital Markets as the sole underwriter. As New York Magazine noted on Thursday, Kingswood used to be called EF Hutton — a 1980s financial powerhouse that was eventually sold after it was revealed the firm was involved in illegal mob-related ventures. Trump also famously bragged about dealing with the New York City Mafia during his years as a real estate developer.

DWAC's official address is listed as a WeWork office in Miami, while its management team is also drawing a fair bit of scrutiny. Patrick Orlando, the firm's CEO, appears to be a SPAC veteran whose most recent offering is Yunhong International, another blank-check company located in Wuhan, China.

If Trump ever gets arrested, he will have the impossible task of dealing with the Miranda rights clause whereby he has the right to remain silent. His lawyers will literally have to sew his mouth shut in order to keep Trump from incriminating himself. I mean, hey, it's not like he's repeatedly done this before, right? That he was banned from other social media platforms speaks volumes about the lies and misinformation he MUST disseminate in order to keep his supporters from straying.

So now he's looking for a way to "fight back" as he so eloquently put it in order to deny and obfuscate his own crimes, his own treachery and to preach his own hell-spawned sermons to those minions of his who are now left in limbo, not being able to hear from their idol new words of divisiveness, hate, racism and fear.

His being elected is the biggest scam job ever pulled on those folks looking to have their racism, nativism and isolationism become national policy, of which Trump was more than glad to foment and pursue in order to gain and remain in power.

The hypocrisy will be lost on those who really need to get it.

Face it the Guy is a poor business man.
He couldn’t turn a profit on a Hotel in Washington where diplomats paid a ridiculously high price renting multiple rooms to make the former President happy.
He still reported losses. The man has zero ability to budget.

This is still one of the most astoundingly corrupt things about the most astoundingly corrupt administration in US history.

The sitting president owned and operated a for profit hotel down the street from the White House in express violation of its lease terms where people and foreign governments with business before the US government spent money for the purposes of bribing him. It was all in plain sight and obvious. After all, once Trump lost the place became a ghost town. Yet, despite this massive corruption nobody did a thing.

The fact that even with foreign governments bribing him he couldn’t turn a profit is pretty funny though.

He probably has it, buried in a myriad of payments to subcontracting companies owned by... you guessed it, Trump.
