The speed is nice, but the value of it still depends on the accuracy. I already swab people with Abbot rapid tests that give results in an hour, but they give a lot of false negatives.

If a patient ends up getting admitted, we do a rapid Abbot swab to determine if they need a negative pressure room wherever they're going, and we do a Diatherix test that is much more accurate that takes about 2 days for results, to be more sure whether they are positive or negative.

I totally never realized I posted this in the wrong thread lol.

Abbott says these are 97% sensitive and 98.5% specific. I'd like to see some independent validation of those figures however something less than PCR standards should be acceptable for this scale of testing IMO. We're never going to be able to scale PCR testing to hundreds of millions per month non-pooled like we can antigen lateral flows, LAMP, or potentially CRISPR based tests.

"Donald Trump plugs Ivanka
as the first female president claiming Kamala Harris is 'not competent' enough for the top job."

You can't make this shit up.

On July 24, Trump signed an executive order ordering pharma's to cut drug prices by August 24 or else something. So here we are on August 29, and? ....
What's the fat fuck going to do, pull a Goodyear on all of them?

how do you expect him to figure out prescription drug prices when he can't figure out umbrellas?

Made in China umbrella is rigged against Trump. Trump is the best at operating umbrellas that has ever lived. Many people have told him “sir, before you became president we had no idea how umbrellas worked. Your great leadership and wisdom has shown us how umbrellas can be open and closed and now the government saves 4 trillion dollars a year by using umbrellas more than once”. But they get tears in their eyes when the Chinese hoax umbrellas are given to Trump by evil liberals in an attempt to bring the greatest really really really tremendously great President down.

A little more ribbing on his latest umbrella disaster and he will have another executive order drafted mandating simplified umbrella mechanisms. 'Umbrellas? What's the deal there? The radical left and their green new deal ruined umbrellas, just like the shower heads.'

Uh nobody knows or at least has revealed why he went to Walter Reed in a rush so such a specific denial seems interesting to say the least.

Looking at some of the trouble he has moving, in particular with the right side of his body, this seems very plausible.
